The annual show and sale is coming together nicely. We have requests for tables from 11 vendors. The plant and product selection should be our best yet. Remember, this is a great opportunity to educate the public and perhaps inspire some new members. We need your plants to help make a comprehensive display... and you artistic types, bring those photos, artistic creations, and beautiful dish gardens and terrariums. This is a premier opportunity for all of you to show off a little for an enthusiastic audience.
We have great judges lined up: Barry Rice, Damon Collingsworth, and Michael Drabinsky. There are some changes to the instructions for entering the show. Mainly, you need to fill out two forms for each entry. You can check the instructions and print your forms at:

Be sure to check the times for entry registration, etc. We would hate to have anyone disappointed by arriving too late to be considered. Also, please don't arrive early. We need some time to get organized!
We have requests for so many vendor tables that I'm not positive we can let everyone have all the tables they want. All requests for one or two tables will be filled. Beyond that, we will try our best. I will try to let the individual vendors know ahead if we have to cut back.
Please help us get the word out. You will find links to the 2011 flyer in full- or half-size, and half-size in black and white, on the show information page. Print out a flyer or two and ask someone to post them in their place of business. Plant-related businesses are great, but other businesses work too. I've even had them posted in dry cleaners' windows.
Don't forget that we need a lot of plants for the raffle and auction. Most important... show up and bring those plants and artistic creations. (A dish pan for all your purchases might be a good idea too.) See you on June 25!
